    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing ABA therapy services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the field of behavioral health.



    About the Role

    • This position involves working one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), providing personalized ABA therapy sessions.


    Responsibilities:


    The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and patience when interacting with clients. As part of this team, you will be responsible for creating a supportive environment that encourages learning and development.


    • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team setting.

    • Demonstrate passion for helping children learn through applied behavior analysis principles;
