Description
Duties * You will provide program management for a broad spectrum of complex engineering products and services in support of facility development, facility design, construction and operations.
* You will plan and execute the schedule of all products and services at the assigned location.* You will review planning studies and design deliverables and ensures JADP, engineering studies, project documents, and preliminary design/Certified Costs are initiated and completed on time to allow for budget submissions.
* You will coordinate activities and conducts regular meetings to ensure successful completion of all projects phases and projects within the assigned location.
* You will be responsible for coordinating timely receipt of infrastructure requirements from Service Components and INDOPACOM and managing project scopes accordingly and any changes that may occur.
* You will develop and/or evaluate process improvement initiatives to increase productivity or quality, and/or set goals. You must currently be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) if applying for the 0801 series. You must be a Registered Architect (RA) if applying for the 0808 series.
Your license or registration must be held in a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
You MUST provide a copy of your current license/registration with your application.A copy of a wall certificate that does not have an expiration date will not serve to verify this requirement.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
