- Performs clerical duties including typing, filing and completion of simple forms
- Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate individuals and prepares messages
- Copies, sorts and files records related to office activities and business transactions
- Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal
- Sorts incoming mail and delivers to appropriate department or individual, processes
- Order marketing supplies for sales team
- Book corporate travel in a cost effective and timely manner
- Willing to support all members of the team
- Comply with all HIPAA and privacy regulations
- Adhere to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with patients and patient data
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Prior work in healthcare customer service or reception, preferred
- Able to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing
- Able to work effectively with a wide range of people
- Time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have good computer skills, including data entry, experience with Microsoft
- Excellent telephone skills and a pleasant attitude
- Ability to work in team environment
- Must be able to work onsite at our corporate headquarters in Maryland Heights, MO
- Must be able to work in an office setting, use a computer, keyboard and mouse for the
- Must be able to work the scheduled 8 hour shift Monday-Friday
- Must be able lift 25 pounds

Position Summary
The Office Assistant provides day-to-day support in a team environment. The Office Assistant
will perform basic administrative and clerical tasks for our corporate office.
