Pay Rate:
$28 - $31Hourly


Location:
Hybrid, 3 days Onsite in Scottsdale AZ, 2 days Remote (after training)


Background Profile:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
2 years prior experience in HR Administrator OR Talent Acquisitions Coordinator -

Required
Exceptional writing skills for offer letters and job postings required with some experience in multistate HR Laws
Must have prior onboarding experience with HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) and ATS systems (Clear Company ATS preferred)
Superb attention to detail with strengths in recognizing and implementing process improvements within a fast-paced corporate talent acquisitions team
Must have excellent verbal communication skills with strong MS Office skills
Must be US Citizen OR US Green Card Holder to be considered
