    Occupational Therapist Opportunity

    We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team, providing high-quality home-based therapy services to patients. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of others.

    The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. As an OT with our organization, you will be responsible for conducting initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments, creating individualized Plans of Care, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

    • Evaluate patient needs and develop targeted treatment plans
