- Assist with staff recruitment, training, and scheduling
- Ensure staff certifications are up to date and maintain accurate records
- Monitor pool operations for compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate swim classes, private lessons, youth sports programs
- Recruit, train, schedule personnel and volunteers
- Monitor pool operations and maintenance
- Conduct lifeguard, swim instruction, First Aid, and CPR trainings
- Assist in program budget development and monitoring
- Respond to inquiries and complaints promptly
- Coordinate sports classes and programs
- Order and purchase necessary supplies
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings
- Perform other assigned duties
- Participate in Key Staff team meetings and special events
- Support the Annual Support Campaign
- Maintain a positive image for the YMCA
- Demonstrate YMCA core values
- Display professional behavior
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum of four years of Aquatics experience
- Previous program coordination and supervisory experience
- First Aid, CPR, Lifeguard, and Swim Instructor certifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to make sound decisions and maintain confidentiality
- Team player with excellent customer service skills
