    We are seeking a self-motivated

    Warehouse Manager


    with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to oversee all day-to-day operational practices at our Memphis location and to ensure and execute daily goals and corporate objectives.

    In this role, you will oversee the efficient storage, organization, and distribution of materials and supplies to our job sites.

    This position is also responsible for inventory management and all other duties as assigned by the Director of Construction Operations.


    Essential Responsibilities:
    Manage inventory of construction materials
    Coordinate deliveries to the project sites
    Optimize storage for bulky items
    Ensure equipment availability
    Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
    Manage some supplier relationships
    Track related expenses
    Collaborate with project managers to meet construction timelines
    Collaborate with other internal resources as required
    Lead the warehouse and inventory personnel

    Work Hours:

    7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, nights and weekends may be required

    Compensation:
    Starting $62,400 and up, depending on experience

    Required Qualifications:
    Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
    HS diploma or equivalent
    Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
    Minimum 2 years of experience in the warehouse setting
    Experience in inventory management is preferred
    Work experience in the service industry is preferred
    Intermediate computer skills
    Ability to multitask and keep a clean, orderly warehouse
    Ability to use a forklift
    Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
    Moderate to advanced knowledge of logistics and inventory processes
    Ability to lift up to 80 lbs occasionally

    Desirable Qualifications:
    Associate or Bachelor's degree in the related field (inventory, warehouse, supply chain)
    Valid forklift certification
    Experience in construction, HVAC, and/or plumbing industry
    APICS certification
