    Shifts: 7a-7p


    Days:
    Rotating Schedule (Week 1 = M / T / S / S& Week 2 = W / Th / F)


    Weekends:
    Rotating Weekends

    Location: 104 J V Mangubat, Waynesboro, TN 38485


    Compensation:
    $66,500-79,000 annually (full time)

    Sign on Bonus (Full-time): $10,000


    If relocating, we'll pay for housing for the first 3 months
    Your Role in the Organization


    The primary purpose of the job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

    Qualifications:
    Must have a valid unencumbered nursing license. Must have valid CPR/BLS certification or be willing to obtain during orientation.

    Essential Elements of your Job

    Lead and support all functions related to quality for care for our residences.
    Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
    Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.
    Complete processes and paperwork related to Admission, transfer, and discharge of our residents.
    Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians' Order Form. Transcribe physician's orders to resident charts, medication records treatment/care plans, as required.

    Chart nurses' notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care.
