    Description
    Insight Global Health is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Tucson, AZ area.

    The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing daily nursing care (ADL's) for long term behavioral health patients in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.

    1st, 2nd and 3rd shift times available with pay differentials including; 7am - 3 pm, pm and 11 pm - 7 am Monday-Friday.

    Also offering flexible shift times "baylor shift" for weekends.

    CNA's must be comfortable working in an environment with a patient demographic living at the facility long-term exhibiting behavioral health disorders/traumatic brain injuries.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Must have CNA cert
    • Up to date with your COVID19 vaccinations
    • Possess or can you obtain an Arizona DPS Fingerprint Card
    Open to newer grads who are recently out of the program

    Nice to Have Skills & Experience

    • Bilingual
    • Crisis prevention cert can acquire on the job
    EMR is system they use, PCC (Point Click Care)


    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.

    Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
