    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
    • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
    • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

    Assignment Details

    • Facility Type: Home Health
    • Shift: Days
    • Schedule: 5 days per week, flexible
    • Caseload: 4-6 patients per day; 20-25 per week
    • Territory: 60 miles in either direction; never driving more than an hour at any point
