  • Prepares weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly well-organized, easily understood reports, analysis, and summary of findings for use by management.
  • Perform rigorous analyses on large, complex data sets and provide strategic insights, hypotheses, and conclusions based upon findings to leaders at all levels.
  • Monthly presentation and overview that compliments monthly report for stakeholders.
  • Monitors cases that come in Fair Work Week jurisdictions.
  • Reviews/audits weekly case closures to ensure all documentation is attached in a case.
  • Runs bi-weekly termination reports and reviews all cases citing "termination" and ensures all recommended employees were terminated in Workday.
  • Prepares audits of closed cases and runs audit meetings.
  • Prepare necessary presentations for Ethics, Compliance and Board meetings.
  • Monitors team email box and disseminates accordingly.
  • Responsible for team visuals, updating teams page on company platform, and shared drives and document retention.
  • Works with and supports the legal team with agency claims and legal matters, as needed.
  • Adhoc reporting, as needed.
