- Schedule appointments with all parties involved, including open houses and final walkthroughs.
- Manage transaction documents in the client database and complete necessary paperwork.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance administrative skills within the real estate industry.
- Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Generate regular status reports to ensure company targets are being prioritized effectively.
- Coordinate listings from start to finish for our sellers and support agents with MLS data input, utilizing Trello and Skyslope for checklist management, and collaborating with our Transaction Coordinator and VA Assistant to ensure seamless work flow.
- Foster outstanding client and agent experiences.
- Must hold a valid Real Estate License.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
