    Core Competencies:
    This position supports the strategy and execution of Analyst and Associate recruiting for all HW US offices.

    The Campus Recruiter, in partnership with the Analyst and Associate Recruiters, executes the annual undergraduate and MBA campus and in-office recruiting events, collaborates with campus recruiting teams, and maintains relationships with key professionals at core and non-core undergrad and MBA programs.

    The Campus Recruiter cultivates relationships with target students and maintains HW's candidate database. As part of this role, the Campus Recruiter will support planning and execution of key internship programs. This position will report to the Talent Director, Head of Recruiting.


    Core Responsibilities:
    Collaborates with the Analyst and Associate Recruiters to determine on-campus strategy annually in order to fill requested Analyst and Associate class, based on workforce planning needs

    Supports planning and travels to on-campus events at HW core schools

    Supports planning and attends HW on-site events in support of HW's diversity recruiting strategy

    Supports execution of annual undergraduate and MBA internship programs

    Provides execution support for US Lateral Analyst hiring needs as needed

    Job Specific Competencies, Education and Experience:

    Bachelor's Degree

    1-2 years of professional experience

    Willingness to travel

    Willingness to learn the roles of the Analyst and Associate and the mergers and acquisitions process

    Ability to build relationships with HW teammates of all levels, undergraduate and MBA students

    Basic proficiency and willingness to build skillset in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Workday, iCIMs and research techniques

    Basic maintenance of campus event materials (presentations, fliers, etc.)

    Basic candidate tracking and reporting
    Organized, detail oriented, and diligent with the ability to meet deadlines and execute efficiently

    Strong communication skills, both written and oral

    Draft clear and concise logistics emails, deliver interview feedback, record candidate performance data

    Present to groups of undergraduate and MBA students during on-campus presentations

    Conduct informational calls with prospective students
    Curious mindset that proactively identifies potential inefficiencies/pain points and directs resources towards continuous improvement

    Base Salary:
    $70,000 - $110,000

    Salaries may vary within the range based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
    Role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
