- Assisting attorneys with preparing and filing various business immigration petitions and applications, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, TN, E-1/E-2, O-1, and PERM.
- Communicating with clients to gather necessary documents and information for case preparation.
- Managing a caseload of business immigration matters, ensuring all deadlines are met and cases are handled efficiently.
- Conducting legal research and analysis related to business immigration laws and regulations.
- Preparing responses to requests for evidence (RFEs) and notices of intent to deny (NOIDs) under attorney supervision.
- Maintaining organized and accurate case files, ensuring compliance with firm protocols and confidentiality standards.
- Coordinating with clients, government agencies, and third-party vendors as needed.
- Providing administrative support to attorneys, including drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of one (1) years of experience working as a business immigration paralegal.
- Proficiency in business immigration processes and procedures, including familiarity with various visa categories and USCIS forms.
- Strong understanding of immigration law concepts and terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal case management software preferred.
