    Description
    We are seeking a Remote Regional Recruiter.

    The Regional Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the designated region.

    This will be achieved through employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing contemporary and creative recruiting ideas.

    The Regional Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we hire and retain the best possible talent for Xanitos.

    Responsibilities

    Processes job requisitions and oversees requisition cycle management.

    Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.

    Coordinates with hiring managers to determine the best recruiting process for position(s).

    Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.

    Coordinates all applicable employment testing and administers and reviews reference checks.
    Aid as needed with employment verifications, background checks, and new hire drug testing.
    Assists with preparation of offer letters, employment agreements, and associated documentation.
    Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
    Ensures timely follow-up and extends verbal and written contingent employment offers.
    Coordinates all applicable forms, notifications, etc.
    Completes weekly and monthly employment activity reports.
    Assists with onsite client meetings, training, and employee orientation.
    Assists Office Managers/ Directors with Hourly employee recruiting.
    Assists with job fairs, internship programs.

    Qualifications

    3-5 exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in a full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously. Healthcare or related industry experience preferred.
    High School diploma required. College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
    Basic knowledge of HR policies and best practices
    Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    Ability to exercise good judgment, tact, and confidentiality in all matters.
    Experience supporting multi-state field operations is highly desirable
    Experience working with multiple hiring managers
    Experience with applicant tracking systems and web-based recruitment tools. UKG experience is preferred.
    Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency-based, and behavioral)
    Proficient, detail-oriented, and organized person capable of delivering accurate results while meeting deadlines.
    Experience as a liaison with college and technical school career centers.
    Knowledge of compliance required for legal hiring practices.
    Experience with various job boards, social networking sites, and job fairs.
    Ability to manage multiple (often changing) priorities simultaneously.
    Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
    Must have the ability to handle confidential, sensitive information.
    Strong value system, excellent judgment, integrity, and listening skills.
    Ability to travel up to 15%
