- Keep work area clean and safe
- Track parts needed to complete each job
- Perform quality checks on all work completed by technicians to maintain high standards.
- Communicate effectively with office staff to ensure service tickets are complete and accurate.
- Contact customers to inform them of any adjustments to quoted services or timelines.
- Order parts needed to complete jobs and maintain inventory levels.
- Possess strong customer service skills to handle inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Produce work that meets or exceeds quality standards
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Occasional Saturday work may be required
