Job summary+You will offer hands-on support to the Compliance and Legal Departments by completing various compliance- and legal-related tasks such as summarizing and communicating new regulations, drafting legal memoranda on various health plan and health insurance issues, drafting and revising policies and procedures, performing legal research and analysis, and preparing various other types of correspondence regarding assigned matters.
