Unlocking The Spectrum - Hiring BCBA Leader

Unlocking The Spectrum, a company focusing on clinical quality through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), is dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families affected by Autism. If you are passionate about making a difference, join our team!

Responsibilities:

Ensure excellence for all BCBA standards
Manage and oversee the Center and its operations
Design and coordinate assessment and intervention services
Train and supervise clinical staff in various areas
Provide a positive work culture and environment
Oversee billing procedures and accuracy
Manage case load, behavior plans, and facility

Requirements:

Master's Degree in ABA or related field
BCBA Certification and 2-3 years of ABA experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good judgment, creativity, and problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Discretion and professionalism in all matters
Strict adherence to HIPPAA rules
