Greenhouse is a pioneering effort in long term care bringing control back to the elders that live in the houses by honoring their lifelong routines and preferences.
In addition to the culture change in care delivery there is also a relationship shift between nurses and the C.N.A's that manage the individual houses.

Accountability for the human resource and outcome management for designated resident populationsMinimum Requirements:Valid NYS RN licenseAssociate's degree in nursing5+ yrs of experience as a RN1+ yrs in a leadership role as a RN
Preferred Requirements:3+ yrs of experience in a long term care facility1+ yr of experience with finical managementMDS experienceBachelor's degree in nursingHighest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilitiesStrong conflict mediation skillsExcellent communication in a fast pace work environment across teams on different shifts and different departmentsHighest level of engagement within a team setting to promote a positive work environmentPromote and embrace the culture of the facilityLeadership and mentorship skills overseeing nursing and nursing support staffPassion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing field
Pay Range:
$92,352 - $117,104 per yearPay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
