    Your new responsibilities

    Business and Account Development

    • Develop, execute and measure detailed strategies for targeted OEMs and Tier 1s.
    • Able to represent all relevant ams OSRAM products to OEMs/Tier 1s
    • Able to drive OEM requirements into future internal product roadmap decisions
    • Understand and influence OEM technical requirements to create opportunities
    • Able to define longterm partnership proposals and influence customer's future product planning decisions to recommend or specify ams OSRAM technology and/or products to Tier 1 suppliers for targeted applications
    • Understand, maintain and distribute key OEM information, including trends, platform program and SAM/TAM
    • Work closely with Tier1s on specific OEM projects where the Tier1s are heavily involved
    • Manage and drive internally and externally all aspects of the Global Business of select OEMs and Tier 1 customers, including coordination of resources and activities in other regions
    Customer Relationship Development

    • Secure access to all relevant decisionmakers at the customer
    • Create a global account relationship development plan to secure appropriate relationships with the customer
    • Communicate appropriate customerspecific information to immediate management
    • Recognized by the customer as empowered to champion customer's needs within ams OSRAM
    • Create, document, and execute relationship plans consistent with the Business Development strategy for all targeted OEMs and Tier1s
    • Establish contacts at all levels from working level to Executive Management between ams OSRAM and OEMs/Tier 1s
    What we look for

    • Bachelor's in business or related field with 3+ years of experience in Automotive sales, developing business with North American OEM and Tier 1 customers
    • Knowledge of the automotive value chain
    • Global travel required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and MS Office skills including effective presentation abilities
    • Excellent assertiveness and decisionmaking skills
    • Ability to work effectively within a team
    • Excellent problemsolving skills
    • Strategic thinking and acting
