Job Title:

Medication Management Specialist

Summary:

We are seeking a Medication Management Specialist to join our team at Catholic Charities' Crozier House. This role involves overseeing resident and patient medications, facilitating medication continuity, and providing support for residents in their recovery journey.

Responsibilities:

Oversight of resident and patient medications
Maintenance of medication records and reports
Collaboration with healthcare providers for medication management
Education and support for residents on medication adherence

Requirements:

Completion of the Medication Management Specialist Training through BSAS
CPR-First Aid Certification and Overdose Prevention/Narcan training
Experience in the human services field, particularly substance abuse and residential community models
Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred
High level of professionalism, sensitivity, and self-awareness

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or LADC certification
Higher education within one year of hire date

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year
