to add to their team.
The
Director of Risk Management
oversees the execution of the patient safety and risk management programs and gives clinical staff direction.
Systems for identifying, tracking, preventing, organizing, measuring, investigating, reporting, and managing patient adverse events, malpractice claims, safety reports (RLs), and other potential patient harm indicators will be overseen by this individual.
The Director promptly addresses patient harm incidents, gains insight from specific cases, spots risk patterns, and actively instructs executives, managers, medical professionals, and employees on how to optimize patient safety while concurrently lowering the number of professional liability lawsuits.
