- Demonstrated experience supporting and interacting on a daily basis with high level DoD Officials (O-6 and above, GS-15/NH-4 equivalent), sitting on-site with the DoD Program Office and ability to deliver products successfully in a fast paced environment (on demand)
- Demonstrated capability to develop reports, information papers, decision papers, and briefings for senior leadership and external stakeholder leadership
- Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in scheduling and project integration tasks
- Critical path analysis and action item resolution
- Basic understanding of EVMS processes
- Advanced understanding of defense programs and weapon system components
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities:
Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking an Advanced Scheduler to join our team.
The successful applicant will provide full-time dedicated support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Director, Space Systems (MDA/SS), located at Schriever SFB, CO (Missile Defense Integration Operations Center (MDIOC)).
You will be supporting several innovative, highly technical, and fast-paced space sensor developmental programs including the Hypersonic and Ballistic Tracking Space Sensor (HBTSS) and Spacebased Kill Assessment (SKA) programs.
