- Operations Coordinator FULL-TIME OpportunityLocated in NYCWe're hiring a NYC Based Operations Coordinator to help lead our team of world class EMT's, Paramedics and Nurses.
- The coordinator will oversee Event Supervisors and Event EMT's and coordinate with internal ground EMS business units and allied agencies.
- Collaborate with Scheduling Specialist to create shift assignments and modify daily schedules.
- Oversee new hire orientation including the set-up of OKTA portal, mandatory compliance (HIPAA completion and certification uploads), employee account addition to scheduling platform and distribution lists, sending welcome emails to each new hire outlining the entire process, sharing company details and organizational flow, and setting them up with uniforms and ID badges.
- Act as an EMT-B on a part-time basis, as neededPerform BLS, AED, and First Aid Instructor duties.
- NYS EMT-B, AEMT, or EMT-P state certification.
