- Troubleshooting of nonconforming machined parts
- Inspection of rotors to print.
- Provide feedback to machine operators concerning parts that are out of tolerance.
- Review of outsourced machined parts for accuracy to print.
- Works with cross functional quality improvement teams to find root cause and drive corrective actions.
- Identifies need for and performs machine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Experienced with programming of PC-DMIS CMM software.
- Understanding of SAP or other ERP system as it applies to quality defect reporting
- Ability to read and understand machined part drawings and 3D models.
