    LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for an Administrative Operations Manager for a hospitality organization located in Seattle, WA. This position will oversee the organizations ongoing business operations and customer success programs and will help them manage their growth. This person will be responsible for the overall efficiency and day-to-day operations of the business to include performance management, document control, customer satisfaction and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for customer service and highly resourceful administrator with proven ability to partner effectively with all levels of an organization.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Create and evaluate the company's everyday business systems with focus on process improvement, increased efficiency and customer satisfaction
    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and work with managers to resolve operation and compliance issues
    • Ensure quality of work and program success from all business operations and help company execute on growth objectives
    • Review and manage all documents including lease agreements, contracts, permits and insurance
    • Ensure compliance of policies and procedures and assist with audits
    • Create systems to measure and monitor customer experiences and outcomes
    • Build effective and collaborative working relationship throughout the organization
    • Improves operational performance by integrating initiatives that simplify process and drive out complexity
    • Work closely with executive leadership on performance goals
    Ideal qualifications for a successful candidate:
    • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
    • 5 plus years of operations, program management and customer success experience
    • Successful experience developing and managing operational processes and procedures and ability to drive program efficiencies
    • Resourceful individual with proven ability to partner effectively with all levels of an organization
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to adapt in an evolving environment
    • Strong business acumen including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and analysis
    • Service related industry experience highly desired
    This opportunity offers a full benefits package to include medical, dental and vision, 401k and PTO.

    Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
