- Provide exemplary leadership and support in areas of sales and customer service
- Assist in recruiting, scheduling, training, management and development of staff
- Build valuable relationships with customers to help grow and retain business
- Maintain the highest standards of operations regarding store merchandising, cleanliness and overall appearance of interior and exterior of the store.
- Manage incoming freight, unloading delivery trucks & warehouse inventory management
- Checkout customers & record cumulative daily sales numbers
- Support and enforce all company policies procedures
- All other duties assigned by management
- Minimum 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel)
- Working an average of overtime hours annually (1.5x hourly rate)
- Available to work various shifts (including weekends & various holidays)
- Must be available to work extended hours (Overtime) during the months of June, July & December
- Ability to walk, stand and lift (up to 60lbs) for extended periods of time
- Salary range: $50,000- $60,000
