Responsibilities
- Provides technical support technology end-users desktop labs classrooms hardware software peripheral equipment audiovisual support college functions classroom ceremonies faculty projects student projects college-supported community sponsored affairs first second level support voice telecommunications required coordinates activities ITS technical personnel technology end-users deliver reliable desktop computing services works Software Purchasing Specialist ensure software licensing requirements met/enforced maintains adequate inventory audiovisual consumables operate maintain repair all college audiovisual equipment requests purchase additional inventory required maintain adequate stock levels performs other related work assigned
