    Description

    Requirements:
    Strong experience in software engineering.4+ years experience in a leadership or management role.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Understanding agile development methodologies and project management tools.
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
    At least upper-intermediate level English.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their full potential.
    Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    Provide technical direction and guidance to the team, helping to solve complex technical problems and drive innovation.
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout development.
    Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal team members' skills and expertise utilization.
    Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes and practices to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
    Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for new engineering team members and facilitate their onboarding and integration.


    Will be a plus:
    Experience working with ESG performance and risk management software
