    OTR Reefer Driver Opportunity

    We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our team of professional truckers. As an Over-the-Road (OTR) Reefer driver, you will be responsible for transporting refrigerated cargo across the country.

    Pay and Bonus Opportunities

    • Drive 2,000 - 2,500 miles per week
    • Enjoy a gross pay of $1,000 - $1,300 per week
    • Receive pay increases: $.01 at 90 days, then $.01 increase annually on anniversary date until cap of $.70 cpm
    • Earn a monthly bonus of $.05 CPM per month (Top End)
    • Benefit from per diem of $.10 cpm for all Drivers - included in pay rate
    • Paid military service: 2+ years verified service = $.02 cpm pay increase
    • Receive trailer washout, stop pay, detention pay, layover pay, breakdown pay, short haul pay
    • Pair weekly through direct deposit

    Home Time

    • Out for 11 days, 3 days home
    • 100% no-touch freight

    Equipment and Amenities

    • Operate state-of-the-art Peterbilt 579, Volvo, or Freightliner Cascadia trucks
      • Trucks governed at 65 mph, 68 mph on cruise control
      • All trucks equipped with APU, 1,800-watt Inverter, Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Satellite Programming, Microwave, Refrigerator, CB Radio, Satellite Radio Hook-ups

      Orientation and Onboarding

      • $500 after completion of Orientation

      Physicals and Drug Testing

      Applicants must have either a complete physical within the last 6 months, certified for 6 months or longer and does not expire within the next 3 months; or complete a new physical ahead of time or when arriving to Orientation in Fort Dodge, IA.

      All applicants will be subject to a pre-employment urinalysis and hair follicle drug test prior to coming to Orientation. If unable to complete before arriving, tests will be administered on the first day of Orientation.
