    A client of Insight Global is looking for a senior workday support analyst to assist their team over a 8-month contract (possible extensions or conversion).

    This analyst will support their accounts payable department and will be responsible for triaging/troubleshooting any workday issues that is reported in their ticketing system.

    They will also analyze data, business workflows, and business processes, to define, design, and leverage software applications, solutions, and business processes which meet the requirements of existing systems as well as new product implementation.

    This analyst will provide technical expertise and work direction to other Analysts with activities related to various applications and projects.

    They will serve as a liaison between clinical/business operations, information services, system users and vendors, and acts as a consultant on issues related to the application(s).

    The analyst will work closely with technical and application staff to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of business applications and/or programs, including education, training, and follow-up.
