    The Job:

    As Project Manager at GeekPlus, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, interacting regularly to understand their needs and coordinating deployments with internal and external resources.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage warehouse engineering projects from start to finish.
    • Conduct project planning, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
    • Deliver solution designs to customers with warehouse planners and software experts.
    • Oversee supply chain and logistics for project materials.
    • Monitor CRM and ERP order execution.
    • Lead hardware installation and software implementation through deployment, testing, and go-live phases.
    • Develop strong customer relationships.
    • Prepare weekly progress reports for the project team and customers.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or 3PL industry.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Proficiency in online collaboration tools and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Microsoft Project proficiency a plus.
    • Able to facilitate cross-department collaboration and travel up to 50%.
