    Salary:
    $23 to $26 an hour DOE

    Schedule:
    Full-time; Wednesday through Sunday 3pm to 11pm

    Concierge and Event Planner Purpose:


    At the direction of the Community Manager, the Concierge will be responsible for greeting persons entering the building, maintaining courteous communication with residents and assisting residents with their needs.


    Concierge and Event Planner Job Responsibilities:

    • Answer phone calls and respond to emails from residents and prospects.
    • Assist in managing leads in CRM.
    • Schedule appointments for leasing team.
    • Ensure tour path is prepped for the day; models open, coffee bar stocked, balloons out, music on, etc.
    • Assist in delivering resident notices, renewal letters, etc.
    • Conduct package audits and ensure package rooms are in order
    • Responsible for planning and coordinating monthly resident events
    • Assist in posting to property social media pages.
    • Performs all reasonable duties as outlined by supervisor.
    • Strives to exceed residents' expectations for excellent customer service.
    • Contributes to a positive team culture and happy resident base.

    Concierge and Event Planner Qualifications:

    • Prior customer service experience required, experience in multi-family property management strongly preferred
    • High organizational skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Great presentation and interaction with clients and residents required
    • Excellent customer service skills required
    • Experience with Yardi preferred

    Physical Requirements


    • This position requires the ability to stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on the specific needs of the day. Estimated 60% of time is spent on feet and 40% spent sitting at desk.
    • Constant need to type, write, & grasp (working at a computer and answering phones)
    • Occasional need to bend/stoop/squat, climb stairs, push or pull, and reach above shoulder (cleaning up litter, putting out advertisement sandwich boards, put out balloons, open doors, pick up and move items)
    • Ability to lift/move/push/pull up to 25 lbs on occasion, frequent need to lift/push/pull up to 20 lbs
