    As a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) at our new multispecialty practice in Bozeman, you'll be part of a team committed to delivering exceptional care and patient experiences. You'll collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, and a dedicated support team throughout the day.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Working at our new facility in Bozeman, MT.
    • Joining a reputable group of cardiovascular providers with opportunities for collaboration.
    • Providing general cardiology care.
    • Engaging in outreach to Butte, MT.
    • Becoming part of a passionate and collaborative team focused on patient care and quality outcomes.

    Incentives:
    You'll get a $10,000 starting bonus, up to $7,500 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to $25,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable).

    Your qualifications.

    To excel in this role, you'll need:
    • An active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license from the MT State Board.
    • Prescriptive Authority from the MT State Board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and a DEA License.
    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications endorsed by the American Heart Association within specified timelines.
    • Preferred experience in CHF and AHF management.

    • Strong communication skills within a diverse team.
    • Effective cross-communication abilities.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • The capacity to function adeptly in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

    Physical Requirements:


    This role requires continuous monitoring, communication with patients and caregivers, as well as precise manual dexterity for equipment handling. Additionally, it involves movement to assist patients and transport supplies, often including heavy items, and the ability to navigate busy environments with ease.

    The hourly compensation will depend on experience, with an estimated rate of $79.15.
