    Ardence is a boutique consulting firm, specializing in providing strategic, tactical, and project-based solutions to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries.

    We are hiring a Business Development Representative to support our growing team.
    The job duties for this role are as follows:
    Call current and prospective clients to discuss our firm's services
    Identify companies and key-stakeholders through industry research
    Provide internal database Quality Control for client contact information
    Identify a system of lead generation through professional and industry networks
    Input business development leads into our database
    Lead client email marketing initiatives
    Set appointments or meetings with clients requiring consulting services.
    Identify companies hiring consultants and understand the scope of each project.

    Desired Qualifications:
    BS Degree
    0-2+ years of sales, business development, and/or recruitment experience
    Strong communication, relationship building, and lead generation skills.
    Experience with cold calling and email prospecting.
    Experience with customer service and support.
    Experience with account management and expansion.
