    The Human Resources Representative will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and the organization as a whole. This position involves handling administrative tasks related to recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, managing benefits administration, and assisting with HR projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
    • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring completion of all necessary paperwork.
    • Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and benefits.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
    • Handle employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.
    • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and training programs.
    • Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    2. Proven experience as an HR administrator or in a similar role.
    3. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Proficient MS Office Suite.
    6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    7. High level of integrity and professionalism.
    8. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
