The Chain Administrative Clerk performs a variety of clerical and data entry tasks to assist with the smooth operation of the chain team.

Responsibilities

Schedule deliveries for two Distribution Centers

Communicate with Purchasing Team regarding late or missed deliveries

Schedule product pickup from local breweries and wineries

Reconcile Transfer Orders in ERP system through communication with Warehouse Shift Managers

Schedule cooperage pickup for two Distribution Centers

Collect all Bills of Lading (BOL) and Purchase Orders (PO) daily

Send BOL and PO to Purchasing and Brand Management Teams for processing

Communicate PO discrepancies at the point of delivery

Verify PO status

Update ERP system with scheduled date and dock time calendar when scheduling deliveries

Assist Warehouse staff with Today Orders when located in home Distribution Center

Perform other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications

REQUIRED

Excellent Customer Service skills

Outstanding Verbal & Written Communication Skills

Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to multi-task with minimal errors

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and within necessary time constraints

Must be a team player and work well under minimal supervision

Knowledge of safe work practices

Ability to lift up to 175lbs

PREFERRED

Previous food service, warehouse or distribution experience

Previous supervisory or management experience
