We have a strong need for an experienced Special Events Manager to join our team at Ace Parking in San Diego!
This role will oversee all aspects of event planning including
staffing vendor coordination logistics.
Manage team member staffing calls at special event parking venues of up to 100 employees Lead event planning execution ensuring all details are meticulously managed deadlines met Take ownership of event outcomes ensuring client satisfaction successful events Anticipate troubleshoot potential issues to ensure seamless execution of events Deliver exceptional service by creating unique event experiences that meet exceed client expectations Anticipate proactively address potential issues to ensure smooth event execution Continuously seek opportunities enhance quality services Train motivate staff provide exceptional customer service Address customer inquiries concerns complaints professional timely manner Accountable monitoring feedback taking corrective actions continuously improve service quality Collaborate closely clients understand their objectives preferences needs Maintain open transparent communication vendors partners internal team Provide regular progress updates reports clients stakeholders Conduct regular meetings staff relay important information gather input Foster sense unity collaboration within management team Support mentor members promoting growth development Embrace culture inclusivity respect teamwork Develop manage budgets timelines production schedules Implement pricing strategies align client budgets maintaining profitability Negotiate contracts agreements secure favorable terms Monitor financial performance revenue expenses labor costs Implement cost-control measures maximize profitability maintain service quality Identify opportunities revenue growth promotions pricing structures additional services Analyze financial data implement strategies maximize profitability optimizing staffing levels pricing structures Set track key performance metrics operational efficiency customer service financial performance Accountable meeting exceeding established targets.
