    **About the Role**

    **Job Description:**

    Iterative Scopes is looking for a highly capable IT support specialist to provide technical assistance to our staff. In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data.

    Working with a close knit team , this role will contribute to the maintenance, installation, configuration, and security of the organization's public/private Cloud environment, platform and application stacks

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    Consulting with IT managers and other departments as required.

    Providing IT assistance to internal staff and customers

    Assisting end-users with hardware functionality and software programs.

    Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

    Setting up accounts and devices for new users

    Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

    Testing new technology

    Manage a variety of technical issues and provide systems and network support both remotely and on site

    **Requirements**

    **Minimum Qualifications:**

    3 - 5 years' experience in a Systems Administration or similar IT support role

    Technical knowledge of the following: Linux OS, MacOS, Windows Desktop/Server, DNS, LAN/WAN, Endpoint Management, Anti-Malware & security tools, Application Packaging

    Experience managing asset and inventory control systems

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong troubleshooting and administration abilities

    **Preferred Qualifications:**

    Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics

    Advanced knowledge of endpoint maintenance and system security

    Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support

    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

    AWS, Azure or Google cloud exposure is beneficial
