    At a Glance

    The Programmatic sales team is seeking a Programmatic Sales Manager to work in tandem with our direct sales team to help drive revenue from both existing accounts and prospecting new business for a critical line of business for the company.

    This role will work closely with a variety of business stakeholders across sales, data, research, operations & yield.

    You are data-driven, technically able to navigate within programmatic platforms (SSPs/DSPs/DMPs) and eager to hit the ground running and quickly make an impact on our team.

    You are a great communicator with both internal teams and external partners and are motivated to grow and continuously learn about the ever evolving and expanding programmatic landscape.


    • Consultative sales experience required- the ideal candidate will utilize a consultative sales approach that delivers insight and adds value to their clients business resulting in lasting, long-term relationships.
    • Partner with our direct sales team and be a subject matter expert for internal teams (sales and sales support) and with various types of clients (client direct, agencies, DSPs and trading desks) in both in person meetings, calls and video conferences
    • Work closely with our Programmatic Account Manager on deal setup, optimization and recommendations to client on growing our relationships
    • Evangelize the Healthline Programmatic offering in market and at conferences to continue to grow our presence as a leading programmatic publisher
    • Help meet/exceed our revenue goal for the Near Endemic(CPG,OTC, Hospitals, Insurance etc) PMP line of business
    • Work with sellers to identify prospecting opportunities for brands we may not be working with programmatically already.

    • An ability to troubleshoot potential technical issues and communicate solutions with sellers and clients in an effective manner
    • Strong Interpersonal Skills
    must be able to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills as well as outstanding people skills.
    • Understanding of Ad server and bid dynamics as well as programmatic platforms like Google Ad Manager, Magnite, Index Exchange
