- Greet patients and visitors, both in person and on the phone
- Set up exam rooms and ensure they are clean and well-stocked
- Record vital signs and patient complaints
- Prepare patients and assist with exams as needed
- Triage patients to ensure they receive the care they need
- Draw blood and perform necessary tests or coordinate with labs
- Assist with scheduling and phone support as required
- Handle venipuncture and other medical procedures
- Medical Assistant Certificate/Diploma
- High School Diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy experience
- Venipuncture experience
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant
