- Dispatch technicians to service and maintenance calls
- Utilize a courteous and pleasant demeanor to ensure the customer is satisfied and that all needed information is received during the call
- Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move and generate revenue
- Help the field team by taking detailed notes for service calls and entering them into our system
- Get to know your technicians', likes and dislikes, closing ratios, licenses, communication skills, and more to help them be successful
- Answer customer questions
- Impact the company's bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customer
