Pay:
Salary starts at $130,000 - increases depending on experience plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus and full benefits package. Relocation can be negotiable
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Regional Director will provide clinical oversight, in conjunction with the CNO, to a portfolio of nursing facilities in the states in which the company operates.
The individual will have and express a genuine interest in caring for elderly patients and have experience in clinical operations in long term and post-acute space.
This is position is of an executive nature, comprised of complex leadership and administrative components including, participating in company activities, recruitment, hiring, training and the development of policies and procedures.
