    Job Title: Medical Operations Manager


    This role involves overseeing medical operations at a global level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing personnel time sheets, approving PTO changes, coordinating MASCAL exercises, and providing chart review standards.


    Duties and Responsibilities:



    • Review and approve personnel time sheets.

    • Review PTO changes prior to submitting to PMO for final approval.

    • Coordinate and initiate MASCAL exercises.

    • Provide chart review standards and processes prior to submitting to PMO.

    • Provide evacuation plans and procedures to personnel.

    • Provide expectations to staff along with performance evaluations.
