- A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent expertise.
- Knowledge of electronic test and measurement equipment, particularly in the RF/uwave/communications/surveillance domains.

- Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of customer-focused experience is essential, and familiarity with dealings involving the U.S. government is a huge advantage.
