Job summary
This role provides technical support for Western Digital's equipment maintenance team. Responsibilities include performing routine hard drive backups, managing hard drive repositories, installing configuring maintaining desktop computers laptops printers related hardware devices diagnosing troubleshooting computer hardware software errors creating scripts system backups log collection troubleshooting common IT issues developing executing SQL queries extract analyze validate data reporting managing hardware inventory maintaining accurate documentation repairs replacements maintenance activities collaborating cross functional teams identify implement process improvements ensuring proper disposal old damaged hardware compliance company policies adhering all safety policies procedures supporting manufacturing needs occasional overtime required.
