    Job Title: QSR General Manager

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced QSR General Manager to join our team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for delivering sales growth, exceeding customer expectations, and managing the profitability of an Area.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate all FOH and BOH activities and mentor the Restaurant team
    • Oversee guest services and resolve issues, coach, and develop your team
    • Ensure high-quality ingredients and food preparation according to company standards
    • Work with RGM's to ensure training and development systems are followed
    • Oversight on restaurant staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
    • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations throughout your Area

    Qualifications:

    • Previous supervisory experience in food service or a restaurant supervisory position
    • Strong leadership qualities, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and lead by example
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
