    Growing PI & Workers Compensation Law firm seeks Legal Intake Manager.

    The manager serves as the first point of contact for the team in prospective clients and forms relationships with professionals in similar roles at other firms to provide and receive referrals as needed.


    Responsibilities

    Manage client intake, lead a team, and ensure smooth communication between clients and our legal team. Your role is pivotal in maintaining records, guiding clients, and fostering strong relationships.

    As a manager needs to possess exceptional customer service skills to ensure prospective clients feel valued and welcomed. Demonstrating a high level of empathy in all communications with potential clients is essential for this role. Strong listening skills are crucial to fully grasp the details of clients' claims accurately. The ability to conduct effective interviews during accident investigations is a key requirement for the position.

    Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to explain the next steps clearly and to draft precise client profiles.

    Organizational skills are vital to manage prospective client information efficiently, monitor lead statuses, and update lead information as required.


    • Being able to multitask effectively is important in swiftly handling multiple inquiries.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows operating system, and Outlook email is a must-have for this role.
    High end responsibilities


    Client Intake Management:

    • Conduct initial consultations, assess needs, and schedule attorney consultations.
    • Provide detailed information about services, fees, and procedures.
    • Coordinate intake appointments and ensure timely follow-up.

    Team Leadership and Training:

    • Supervise intake specialists, provide mentorship, and conduct training sessions.
    • Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies.
    • Foster a positive work environment within the intake team.

    Documentation and Data Management:

    • Utilize case management software to organize and track client information.
    • Analyze intake data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

    Qualifications


    • JD and State IL Bar
    • Previous legal intake or client services experience, is preferred.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software preferred.
    • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is desirable.
