We're Hiring an Anesthesia Physician at Our Private Practice
Our well-established team of 63 physicians and 105 CRNAs is on the lookout for a dedicated Anesthesia Physician to join us full-time on a partnership track. The reason behind this opening is the rapid growth we've been experiencing within our network.
What we need are generalists with excellent regional skills. If you're a Resident graduating in 2022 or a recent Graduate with fellowships, we'd love to hear from you. Your application will receive strong consideration.
At our practice, we have a specialized team of CT anesthesiologists with fellowship training to provide top-notch cardiac care. Additionally, we handle anesthesia for various procedures including orthopedic, thoracic, neurosurgery, urology, GYN, ENT, vascular, and general surgery.
For on-call duties, you'll be on In-House Call (First call) once every 14 days. Weekdays start at 3-4 pm and end at 7 am the next day. Weekends entail a 24-hour on-call shift from 7 am to 7 am, supported by 2 to 3 CRNAs on call with you. Backup call (second call) also occurs every 14 days.
We offer a competitive starting salary of $400K for the first year, which increases to $425K in the second year. Partnership eligibility is subject to a vote after 18 months, with partnerships granted upon completing two years. On average, partnership compensation exceeds $450K annually.
