Senior Lead Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Engineer to join our Enterprise AI team and help build and maintain APIs and SDKs that enable training, fine-tuning, and access to AI models at scale.

You will work with a team of world-class AI engineers and researchers to design and implement key API products and services, empowering real-time customer-facing applications.

Your work will include architecting, building, and deploying well-managed core APIs and SDKs, designing APIs for performance, developing application-specific interfaces, enabling users to build new AI capabilities, and implementing AI safety and guardrails in the API layer.

This is a remote position, offering flexibility and remote work options.


Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a technical field.
• At least 8 years of experience designing and building dataintensive solutions using distributed computing and cache optimization techniques.
• At least 4 years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
• At least 3 years of experience building, scaling, and optimizing training and inferencing APIs for deep neural networks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with building largescale AI products or platforms for NLP, speech, computer vision, or recommendation systems serving millions of users.
• Ability to collaborate and iterate rapidly with researchers and engineers to improve product experiences while building foundational capabilities.
• Familiarity with deploying large neural network models in demanding production environments.
• Experience with API security, observability, cloud access control, and privacy best practices.
